Security & governance
People data is sensitive. It is handled that way.
Pay, performance and exits need governance, not exports. IntRpret signs people in with their work account, binds every query to their organisation, keeps sensitive actions for admins, checks every figure against its source and lets records expire.
Security & governance, part by part.
- 01
Your organisation only
Your organisation comes from your verified sign-in, and every graph query is bound to it. A query that is not is refused.
- 02
Roles
Building and changing KPIs, seeing names on at-risk lists and downloading records are for admins.
- 03
Checked figures
Every figure in an answer is checked against what the tools returned for that question, and opens to how it was worked out.
- 04
Records that expire
Chats and their working are forgotten after 30 days; a shared chat is a copy that stops opening when it expires.
Sign in, Ask, Check, Share.
- Step 1
Sign in
With your work account.
- Step 2
Ask
The question runs as you, on your organisation's data.
- Step 3
Check
Open any figure to see how it was calculated.
- Step 4
Share
As a copy that expires.
How IntRpret protects people data
- Sign-in
- Work accounts through Amazon Cognito; the session is held in an HttpOnly cookie, out of reach of page scripts.
- Your organisation only
- The organisation is taken from the verified sign-in, and every graph query must bind every record to it.
- Roles
- Viewer, admin and super admin. Building KPIs, naming people on at-risk lists and downloading records need an admin.
- Personal data
- Each new message passes a guardrail for personal data.
- Shared answers
- A read-only copy, encrypted at rest, kept out of search engines, expiring after 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
- Retention
- Chats and their working are forgotten after 30 days; saved plans and dashboards are kept until you delete them.
- Hosting
- Amazon Web Services, Mumbai region (ap-south-1).
Questions it answers, in your words.
- “How was this attrition figure calculated?”
- “Who can see names on the at-risk list?”
- “Share this answer with my HRBP for seven days.”
On the same model and graph
- Common data modelOne common language for every HRIS and HRMS — Workday, Keka, SuccessFactors — with the analytical layer prebuilt.
- HR knowledge graphYour workforce as a graph: people, roles and events, joined by what relates them.
- Analytics & reportingCharts chosen to suit each result, with the working and the downloads behind them.
