Terms of Use
Last updated 19 October 2026
Draft for review — not yet in effect. The details in square brackets are still to be filled in.
These terms govern the use of IntRpret, an AI-native HR analytics platform. If your organisation has signed an agreement with IntRpret, that agreement applies too, and it prevails wherever the two differ. By signing in, you agree to use IntRpret in line with these terms.
01Who these terms are between
These terms are between [Company legal name] (“IntRpret”, “we”) and the organisation that subscribes to IntRpret (“your organisation”), together with each person your organisation lets use it (“you”).
02Your account
Your organisation decides who can use IntRpret and what each person can see. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell your administrator or us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done through your account.
03Using IntRpret properly
When you use IntRpret, do not:
- look at data you are not allowed to see, or try to get around the limits on your access;
- upload data you have no right to share, or anything unlawful or harmful;
- try to break, overload, probe or copy the service, or use it to build a competing product;
- share your access with anyone outside your organisation; or
- use IntRpret to discriminate unlawfully against anyone, or to make a decision with legal or similarly significant effects on a person on an AI answer alone.
04AI answers
IntRpret uses artificial intelligence and can make mistakes. Its answers, forecasts, root causes and predictions are estimates drawn from your organisation's data, and they can be incomplete or wrong. Check important figures — every answer shows how it was worked out — and use your own judgement. IntRpret does not give legal, financial or other professional advice, and decisions about people remain your organisation's.
05Your organisation's data
Your organisation owns its data and what IntRpret produces from it for your organisation, such as answers, KPIs, dashboards and reports. Your organisation lets IntRpret process that data only to provide, secure and support the service, as the Privacy Policy describes. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models for anyone else.
06Our service
IntRpret — its software, data model, designs and documentation — belongs to IntRpret and its licensors. Your organisation may use it for its own internal business purposes while its subscription lasts. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely.
07Availability and changes
We work to keep IntRpret available and secure, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance. We improve IntRpret all the time and may change its features; we will not reduce the service your organisation has paid for during its subscription without telling it first.
08Fees
Plans, fees and payment terms are set out in your organisation's order or agreement.
09Confidentiality
Each side keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for this relationship.
10Suspension and ending
We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts IntRpret or others at risk, and we tell your organisation when we do. Your organisation may stop using IntRpret as its agreement allows. When a subscription ends, your organisation may ask for an export of its data within [30] days; after that we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
11Disclaimers
Except for what your organisation's agreement promises, IntRpret is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
12Limits on liability
As far as the law allows, neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data; and IntRpret's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees your organisation paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
13Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We post the new version here with a new date, and tell your organisation in advance of any significant change.
14Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [City] have jurisdiction over any dispute.
